Lead end-to-end development of embedded software and capacitive sensing algorithms Define and drive software architecture and firmware design decisions Manage project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer expectations are met Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers Facilitate Agile/SCRUM processes including sprint planning and retrospectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IC design, hardware, and applications Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs Act as a technical interface with customers, supporting system integration
