Key functions:
Actively reach out to prospects to build awareness of company and services.
Cultivate a pipeline of prospects, customers and engagements.
Promote and effectively sell services using established techniques while working with the marketing team and management to increase effectiveness.
Meet performance metrics for outbound calls, emails and communications.
Respond quickly and efficiently to requests and proposals.
Partner with sales and marketing to drive recognition of Eastern Analytics.
Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, others.
Use Microsoft Teams to effectively schedule meetings between prospects, management and team leads.
Resolve customer concerns in an expedited and professional manner.
Work with the marketing team to target accounts based on industry, need, and intent.
Actively maintain and keep key tasks updated in CRM.
Job Requirements
At least 2-3 years of Inside Sales and Lead Generation selling IT related Services.
At least 2-3 years of face-to-face experience in inside (B2B) sales and lead generation.
At least 3 years in customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office/365 and Office tools.
Knowledge of Power BI, Azure, and Databricks preferred.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Ability to travel to trade shows and conferences as needed.
Must be a Massachusetts resident.
