To support the sales team, the full-time Pre-Sales Solution Engineer will engage with clients to understand their needs, present technical solutions, and assist in the development of proposals while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Engage with clients to gather requirements and understand their technical needs Present and demonstrate technical solutions tailored to client specifications Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop proposals and support the sales process
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role Strong understanding of software and hardware solutions relevant to the industry Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
