Working remotely, the full-time IT Security Administrator will manage security and IT-related requests, assist with user support, and handle access control changes while contributing to various projects within the organization. Key responsibilities
Assist with Security and IT-related Technical Service Desk tickets and user support Administer and maintain security systems, including endpoint protection and vulnerability management Investigate SOC and SIEM alerts for unusual activity and respond to security incidents
Required qualifications
Experience in security and IT management in diverse technological environments Familiarity with security standards and regulations related to AI and data privacy Hands-on expertise with Atlassian cloud products (JIRA, Service Management, Confluence) Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information securely Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
