To support a dynamic sales team, the full-time remote Sales Support Representative will manage the end-to-end RFP process, develop proposals, and assist with various sales operations tasks while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities
Manage the RFP process, ensuring timely and high-quality proposal submissions Utilize quoting platforms to compile benefit data into professional proposals Support the sales team with administrative tasks and maintain Salesforce CRM data
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience in proposal development, quoting, or sales support, preferably in insurance or employee benefits Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and management Experience with quoting systems and proposal generation tools Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar platforms Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
