Are you a qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer looking for a mobile role across some of London's prestigious commercial properties?
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider, covering a portfolio of commercial buildings across London. Key Responsibilities Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across commercial properties. Responding to reactive maintenance tasks and fault finding. Undertaking general building services maintenance. Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations. Completing maintenance reports and documentation accurately. Providing excellent customer service when interacting with site teams and clients. Requirements Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent). Previous experience within commercial building maintenance. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Full UK Driving Licence. ...
