Providing supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed Assisting residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans Helping with lifting, turning, moving, and transporting residents Coordinating dining room services, including set-up, clean-up, and meal documentation Delivering nutritional supplements and assisting with intake documentation Weighing residents and recording weight changes Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' skin conditions Assisting with toileting program activities Completing daily flow sheets and documenting resident progress Communicating changes in resident conditions to nurses and supervisors Requirements for this role include: Need 1 year experience in setting High School diploma or equivalent Travel experience BLS certification (Must be AHA) Successful work history with previous employment longer than 13 weeks No disciplinary action in effect against certification Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
