Analyze health management programs, including financial, pharmacy, claims, provider, and member data Create and generate reports using MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL, and produce reports for senior management Gather and interpret business requirements, monitor data trends, and assist in training lower-level Data Analysts
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL Knowledge of health management data, including IRS, CMS, and HEDIS reporting Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders Experience in data cleansing and reconciliation analysis
