About

DescriptionOne CNA role. Multiple opportunities to grow, learn, and make an impact. Are you looking for more than a routine CNA position? Join a healthcare team where you can gain experience across a variety of patient care settings-including medical, emergency, long-term care, and assisted living-all while working alongside a supportive team dedicated to exceptional patient care. This role provides coverage when a shift vacancy occurs. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to supplement their current career or remain engaged in the workforce but not be committed to working a consistent schedule. The position allows for flexibility in choosing when to accept shift coverage opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who enjoy variety, teamwork, and building a broad range of clinical skills in a community-focused healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to patients and residents following individualized care plans and nursing orders. Assist with activities of daily living, including feeding, hygiene, mobility, and comfort. Support meal service in a respectful, timely manner (serving, feeding, monitoring, and clean-up). Take and record vital signs and weights as delegated. Complete delegated medication technician tasks as applicable.
Observe and promptly report changes in patient condition. Respond quickly to call lights-teamwork is essential, no matter the assignment. Maintain clean, organized care environments (resident rooms, nursing stations, dining areas, etc.). Follow equipment cleaning protocols and infection control standards. Complete required documentation accurately.
Position Highlights:
Shifts are offered as vacancies and coverage needs occur, with no set hours per week. Receive an additional 10% premium pay to the base hourly rate due to per diem status. Employment Assistance Program to provide you with complimentary services.
Meal discounts to make sure you stay nourished.
