Grow and evolve component libraries, interaction patterns, and design tokens for web and mobile platforms Design and build intuitive user interfaces that translate complex agricultural finance workflows into functional experiences Establish quality standards and processes to ensure that every feature effectively addresses real user problems
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience building high-quality web and mobile experiences Extensive experience with design systems and component libraries Strong design instincts with proficiency in creating high-fidelity prototypes in Figma Advanced frontend skills, including clean code practices and a solid understanding of modern development workflows Experience with React, TypeScript, React Native, and Next.js is a plus
