Seeking a hands-on Customer Solutions Engineer, the full-time remote position will manage new customer onboarding and implementation, conduct pre-sales technical discovery, and oversee carrier and system integrations to enhance customer experience and streamline processes. Key responsibilities
Lead technical discovery conversations and assess integration requirements during the pre-sales process Own the onboarding process for new customers, coordinating implementation activities and managing multiple concurrent projects Develop and improve documentation and processes for customer enablement and support, ensuring successful launches and adoption
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation Consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role Experience with SaaS platforms, particularly in ecommerce, logistics, or supply chain Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data workflows Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple customer projects simultaneously Self-starter mentality suited for fast-paced startup environments, with an interest in AI-powered support tools being a plus
