Lead and develop a team supporting Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience through analytics and data science initiatives Oversee behavioral analytics, customer segmentation, and product measurement efforts to inform strategic decisions Collaborate with the data engineering team to manage the internal analytics platform and establish best practices for data science
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or a related quantitative field, including team leadership Strong expertise in experimentation, forecasting, and statistical analysis Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with Python or similar analytical tools Experience defining metrics and analytical frameworks that support business decision-making Demonstrated ability to influence strategy and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
