Design Engineer (Japanese-English Bilingual) Torrance, CA | Full-Time | $40,000$45,000/year (Bonus not included) About the Role Join a warm, close-knit team in a fast-growing industry! Were looking for a bilingual (Japanese-English) Design Engineer to support technical documentation, liaise with clients and factories, and grow alongside the business. Create internal technical documents and drawings
Coordinate specifications with Japanese factories
Communicate with clients and adjust technical requirements as needed
Work Hours Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
Flex-time: start ±2 hours from standard time
Hybrid work available (approx. 40% in-office, subject to change)
Qualifications Valid U.S. work authorization (OPT welcome!)
Business-level English required
Japanese proficiency preferred

Compensation & Benefits Salary: $40,000$45,000 annually (negotiable, excluding bonuses)
3 annual bonuses
Annual raise (higher rate in 2nd and 3rd year)
