Responsibilities
Assist patients or residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation Take and document vital signs and report changes in condition to the nursing team Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable care environment Provide compassionate, respectful care while working collaboratively with staff and patients Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility guidelines
Requirements
Active CNA certification required Minnesota license in hand required Prior travel experience required Regional candidates preferred Must be able to complete the interview process with the clinical team Must be able to report to the clinic within 72 hours of offer Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach to care Must be able to meet all compliance requirements prior to assignment
