Seeking a full-time Texas Sales Development Representative, this role focuses on high-volume outbound calling to residential homeowners, qualifying interest, and scheduling appointments for Solar Consultants, all while working remotely from a distraction-free home environment. Key responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to residential homeowners to schedule qualified appointments Deliver a concise pitch about solar energy and document outcomes to support follow-up efforts Participate in ongoing coaching and training to meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
Required qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of recent outbound, phone-based appointment setting experience Must reside in Texas and be authorized to work in the U.S Ability to work full-time with a schedule of Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday Access to a quiet home workspace with required equipment, including dual monitors and a noise-canceling headset 18 years or older to qualify for W-2 full-time employment
