About
Must be licensed in the State of Ohio. Must be CPR and First Aid certified and maintain certification at own cost. Must be comfortable with and self-motivated enough to work independently. Must be highly organized, detail orientated, and able to multi-task easily. Experience working within an industrial environment is highly preferred. Experience with musculoskeletal injury triage/early intervention is highly preferred. Experience in Ergonomics is preferred. Responsibilities:
Providing program management and client support as required Conducting assessments of employee musculoskeletal concerns. If appropriate, developing an action plan, addressing symptoms under OHSA allowable first aid, and provide worksite coaching. Conducting industrial audits and pre-shift stretching programs. Collaborate with coaches, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Educate athletes on proper techniques and injury management.
