About

Lead complex blockchain development projects from conception to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery. You'll manage the development of IDX's Layer3 infrastructure components, focusing on quality, security, and alignment with strategic goals. Manage blockchain development projects and timelines Coordinate engineering, research, and design teams Create detailed project plans and track progress Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies Facilitate communication between technical and business teams Ensure quality and security standards are maintained Report on project status to executive leadership
Qualifications
4+ years of technical project management experience Knowledge of blockchain technology and development processes Experience with agile development methodologies Strong leadership and team coordination skills Understanding of software development lifecycles Excellent communication and documentation abilities Problem-solving and risk management skills
Preferred Skills
PMP or Agile certification Experience managing blockchain or Web3 projects Technical background in software development Familiarity with DeFi or crypto projects
