We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will perform laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
MLT Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field. Certification (ASCP or equivalent) preferred. Knowledge of laboratory testing, protocols, and safety regulations. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. MLT Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of laboratory tests, including blood, urine, and other specimen analyses. Accurately record and report test results to healthcare providers. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment. Ensure compliance with quality control and regulatory standards. MLT Benefits
