Required qualifications
8+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in modern front-end frameworks (React, React Native, or equivalent) Proven track record in optimizing complex UI systems for performance at scale Experience leading technical strategy and cross-team alignment for multi-quarter initiatives Demonstrated success in mentoring senior engineers and improving team engineering standards Familiarity with high-availability, low-latency systems, preferably in trading or financial applications
