MTK Healthcare Inc is hiring for the following position: Job Title: Surgical Technologist Facility: Cass County Memorial Hospital Location: Atlantic, IA 50022 Contract Length: 8 Weeks Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM, Monday-Friday On-Call: Rotating call with 30-minute response time Pay Rate: $48.00 - $54.50 per hour Job Responsibilities:
Assist the RN and surgical team during procedures Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment Anticipate surgeon needs during procedures Support room turnover and instrument sterilization Follow AORN standards and patient safety protocols Work collaboratively with the surgical team Requirements: Surgical Technologist experience required Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and OR procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment On-call availability with 30-minute response time Benefits: Competitive Pay Weekly Pay Dedicated Recruiter Support Travel Opportunity
