Clinic LPN - Primary Care Are you a dedicated LPN looking to make a positive impact in patient care? Join our team in an urgent care setting within a large health system in South Carolina. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and collaborate with a diverse team to deliver high-quality, compassionate services.
Key Responsibilities:
Vital Monitoring: Accurately monitor and record patient vital signs to ensure comprehensive care. Patient Comfort: Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, feeding, and dressing, to promote their comfort and dignity. Medical Support: Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to perform essential tasks, such as administering medications. Patient Communication: Educate patients and their families about treatments and procedures, assessing their well-being and promptly reporting any concerns. Requirements:
Associate of Science in Nursing Degree LPN Licensure for the State National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN) BLS & ACLS
