IT Project Manager – DOT OIG Website Job Summary The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology-enabled projects across regulated, enterprise environments. This role leads full-lifecycle IT initiatives involving ERP systems, systems integration, financial and operational reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. The position ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities – IT Project & Program Management
Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycle activities, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout. Manage complex, technology-enabled projects supporting enterprise and mission-critical operations. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and mitigation plans. Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
DOT OIG WEBSITE. Systems Integration & Process Optimization
Coordinate systems integration across engineering, QA, procurement, inventory, and operations teams. Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and automation.
Stakeholder & Compliance Management
Serve as liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership. Ensure compliance with federal, military, and organizational policies. Support audits, governance reviews, and compliance reporting.
Reporting & Analytics
Produce executive dashboards, metrics, and project status reports. Leverage data analysis for leadership decision-making. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Education & Certifications
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline Project Management Professional (PMP) Additional IT or project management certifications preferred
Experience Requirements
15+ years supporting IT or systems-focused projects Experience in regulated, federal, or enterprise environments Proven success delivering ERP and systems integration initiatives
