Provide advisory guidance on leading architecture practices, frameworks, and solution approaches across the in-scope Adobe platforms, including Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Tasks
Input to and refine architecture standards, design patterns, and guardrails for Adobe platform usage across RTCDP, AJO, AEM, and CJA. Provide end‑to‑end solution and integration design guidance, including data flows, system integrations, identity resolution models, and omnichannel activation patterns. Conduct technical insight and quality assurance on designs, configurations, and implementation deliverables to ensure alignment with best practices and Macy’s enterprise architecture principles. Advise on the technical architecture required to support priority customer experience, marketing, and personalization use cases across Adobe applications. Assess current‑state architecture and recommend enhancements, optimizations, and a forward‑looking roadmap to maximize value from Macy’s Adobe ecosystem.
