About

A pioneering edge AI semiconductor company is seeking a Principal Embedded AI Architect to design and optimize embedded AI software systems for ultra-low-power hardware platforms. This role is ideal for a highly technical architect or principal engineer with strong embedded systems expertise and hands-on experience deploying AI workloads onto constrained edge devices. What You’ll Do
Architect embedded AI deployment pipelines and inference runtimes Design scalable embedded software frameworks Optimize AI models for latency, memory, and power constraints Support BSP, RTOS, firmware, and hardware bring-up activities Collaborate with silicon, firmware, and AI teams on hardware/software co-design Mentor engineers and lead technical design reviews
What We’re Looking For
10+ years embedded software or systems engineering experience Expert Embedded C/C++ skills Strong RTOS experience (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or similar) Experience deploying AI/ML models on embedded hardware Strong debugging and low-level systems expertise Knowledge of TensorFlow Lite, ONNX, and edge inference optimization Experience with ARM Cortex or RISC‑V platforms
Nice to Have
TFLite Micro TVM / Edge Impulse AI accelerators / NPUs Sensor fusion or low-power AI systems Semiconductor or edge AI industry background
