About
Position’s Contributions to Work Group: - Product Owner working with Business gathering requirements, then working with Architecture team to decipher what Business requirements are into Epics/Features to be passed to Scrum teams.
Typical task breakdown: - Leading AVT’s (business to architecture team decomposition to scrum teams.
Interaction with team: - Will be interacting with SR roles within Client
Team Structure - No direct reports

Top 3 Skills Good communication Self-motivated Studied Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Additional Technical Skills (Required) - Has to understand Confluence and Azure DevOps (not Jira) - Powerpoint skills to build out program slides and updates
(Desired) - PowerBI skills
Soft Skills (Required) - Well-spoken and easy to understand, lots of meetings will be virtual so being able to speak clearly and being able to be understood is mandatory
