About

Providing front-line technical support, the full-time Desktop Support Technician II will resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues while delivering exceptional customer service both onsite and remotely. Key responsibilities
Provide Level 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and standard business applications Respond to incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform, ensuring proper documentation and resolution Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including device preparation and access coordination
Required qualifications
1-3 years of experience in desktop support or related IT support roles Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 Familiarity with ITSM or ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP and VPN Strong customer service and communication skills
