About

Supporting power system studies in the renewable energy sector, the full-time remote Design Engineer - Electrical will perform system analysis, utilize engineering software, and deliver technical support for wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects. Key responsibilities
Conduct system studies including short circuit, load flow, and transient analysis using relevant software tools Provide high-quality technical support to generator owners across various renewable energy projects Leverage Python scripting to enhance the efficiency and scalability of study processes
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in power systems Familiarity with software such as EasyPower, ETAP, PSSE, and/or PSCAD Experience with Python programming is preferred EIT status or progress towards EIT status
