As a Referral Coordinator, you handle the intake process of the order for healthcare services; liaison between our company and our patients and health plans; verify patient information, insurance verification, authorization/referral processing, obtaining and releasing clinical documentation, responds to health plan inquiries, and research and resolve patient accounts, or escalate for resolution. What will you need to succeed:
2+ years of intake referrals experience within Home Health Effective verbal and written communication skill Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR Ability to self-motivate and work independently Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Bilingual Spanish a plus Certification a plus
