Safety Coordinator / Manager – CA Sigma Stretch Film of Riverside, CA is accepting applications for the position of Safety Coordinator / Manager. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. Responsibilities: Sigma Stretch Film of CA is looking for someone to oversee and manage our Safety program, as a Safety Coordinator / Manager you will help facilitate compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines and Maintain our Safety programs. Your main goal will be to facilitate a safe working environment while utilizing our programs currently in place.
Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics from our Safety Program Review existing policies and procedures and update as necessary Adhere to all the rules and regulations Work with HR and Plant Manager with the on-boarding process for safety Conduct risk assessments Enforce preventative measures for employee safety Monitor employees to insure they are acting in adherence with rules and regulations of our safety guidelines Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes Other Safety related tasks.
Requirements: Extensive background in Safety is not required but helpful Shifts Available: Monday thru Friday Day Shift Benefits Include:
