Plan, develop, and execute test strategies including functional, regression, and exploratory testing Conduct end-to-end testing for CRM and email campaigns, validating template rendering and customer journey workflows Create and maintain test cases, participate in bug triaging, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold QA standards
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience 1+ years of experience in testing ecommerce applications or CRM Experience using defect tracking systems, such as JIRA Proficiency in English with strong communication skills for writing bug reports Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment
