The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in setting up & implementing digital analytics (Adobe Analytics). leading data modeling and ETL development, APIs that serve real-time data, and aggregated dashboards, growing and mentoring junior engineers and setting a high bar for both engineering practices on the team and data quality. You will be responsible for data ownership, guaranteeing the speed, quality and usability of the data. What You'll Bring 4+ years of experience working within digital tagging solutions, data engineering, Business Intelligence and analytics with architecting, designing and developing large scale data solutions. Data Layer creation & Deployment Skilled in Digital Analytics Implementation via industry standard tagging solutions Setting up data models in AEP
Data Engineering Specific Skills
Experience in data architecture, ETL, data modelling & data management to meet business needs for on-premise and cloud-based technologies. Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions and automate the data pipelines on various platform. Experienced in implement data validation rules, data cleansing procedures, applied best practices, recommendations and assists in monitoring system performance Optimize database performance, scalability to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations A very strong sense of data ownership, being willing to guarantee data quality even it it originates from sources you don’t directly control Proven track record in managing large and complex cross functional programs, bringing multiple teams (including project managers) together to work towards a common objective and single source of truth. Experience in leading and mentoring teams that write and maintain high-quality code using standard methodologies such as code reviews, unit testing and continuous integration Good time management skills and can incrementally deliver to tight schedules. Understanding of Ecommerce data, digital analytics, Product analytics tools (ex. Adobe analytics) and ML processes is a plus. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Pay The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $150,000 - $175,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
