Partner closely with Sales, GMs, and Engineering to scope, architect, and launch new customer deployments Engage in sales cycles pre-close to surface requirements, validate technical fit, and design scalable solutions Translate complex customer workflows into Redo configurations and drive a clean, on-time go-live
Account Expansion
Identify opportunities for customers to adopt additional capabilities and deepen their use of the platform Build multi-stakeholder relationships to understand customer goals, technical constraints, and roadmap needs Expand product footprint within your book of business and shape long-term account architecture
Quota & Book Ownership
Consistently achieve or exceed quota through expansion and technical deal supportOwn a book of business, driving revenue growth through proactive engagement and solution guidance Partner with AEs to run deals end-to-end, including demos, technical validation, and scoping
Qualifications
High-agency mindset—proactive, resourceful, and able to drive outcomes independently Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly learn product nuances and architectural patterns Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong bias for action Clear communicator who can simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences Strong relationship builder with proven cross-functional collaboration experience Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and post-purchase systems is a plus
