You’ll report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in the go-to-market function. Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery and product demos for new prospects Own end-to-end onboarding, configuration, training, and adoption Project manage 5–10 complex implementations at once Become a trusted advisor and solutions expert for customers Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering Build repeatable processes and automation to scale growth
Requirements 3–8 years of experience in Customer Solutions, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, or Technical Implementation, ideally with ERP or API-heavy SaaS tools. Bonus if you’ve worked in construction tech or implementation consulting before. Important: This role is 5 days/week onsite in San Francisco. Visa sponsorship is available for strong candidates.
