About
*Essential Duties & Responsibilities*
* Provide onsite project-management support to the Project Manager Representative (PMR).
* Plan, organize, and conduct EVMS surveillance of the shipbuilder’s management control system per ANSI/EIA-748 and DCMA standards.
* Analyze the shipbuilder’s critical-path IMS; validate EVM variance reports (CPR, CFSR, CCDR, IMS); perform PMB compliance and EAC analysis.
* Create/update the annual OPC PRO program plan (WBS, work packages, task books) in Primavera/MS Project.
* Deliver monthly IMS analysis; track BCWS/BCWP/ACWP, CPI/SPI, EAC; conduct production surveillance in shipbuilder facilities and aboard the OPC under construction.
*Required Qualifications*
* Minimum 5 years supporting project management and shipbuilding processes.
* Bachelor’s in engineering or related technical/business field (substitutable by 5+ additional years relevant experience, or EVMP® / EVMD / EVMO certification).
* Comprehensive knowledge of shipbuilding processes.
* Proficiency in stand-alone and enterprise MS Project® and Primavera®.
* Knowledge of economic, statistical, accounting, and financial-analysis methods.
