The Data and Analytics Team within the Information Technology department provides enterprise data engineering, analytics, reporting, visualization, and predictive analytics solutions. The team utilizes a wide variety of advanced tools and technologies and works directly with a diverse community of leaders and stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities The Data Analyst II gathers, analyzes, and interprets data from across the organization delivering descriptive and predictive information for decision making. They design, develop, test, and implement data analyses, reporting, and visualizations to enable efficient, meaningful, and high value consumption of information assets. This role partners with business stakeholders to deeply understand their data needs and enable them with analysis techniques and reporting tools.
Work directly with stakeholders to understand and transform business requirements into data-driven solutions
Work iteratively, deploying changes using a CI/CD framework
Create relational and dimensional data models
Prepare reports and data visualizations
Proactively identify and mitigate data quality issues
Identify correlations, patterns, and trends in data sets
Train and mentor peers

Qualifications Education
Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field.
Experience
A curious and solution-oriented mindset
Experience with programming (e.g. Python, R, etc.)
Experience with data modeling tools and methodologies
Experience building a variety of reports and visualizations (e.g. Power BI)
Demonstrated knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques
