Job Title: Automation Engineer 3
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $60-67/hr
What's the Job?
Design and develop automation systems and software to streamline CPU performance benchmarking processes.
Translate manual benchmarking workflows into scalable, automated pipelines for efficiency and repeatability.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitHub for benchmark execution and infrastructure workflows.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, OS deployment, and system configuration at scale, utilizing tools such as Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Monitor platform health, troubleshoot automation failures, and support performance engineers to ensure reliable benchmark runs.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong proficiency in Python and Linux shell scripting.
Hands‑on experience with Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like GitHub.
Solid understanding of Linux systems, OS tuning, and server environments.
Experience automating infrastructure using tools such as Ansible or similar platforms.
