About
Apply patches to Ping infrastructure to meet business needs. Install and configure web agents as needed.
Build and grow strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to effectively onboard their application into Ping.
Document all design, development, and upgrade efforts in testing, staging and production environments.
Work on production implementation such as schema extension and environmental changes for change management.
Provide L3 production support on the Ping system, including user lifecycle management (creation, modification, termination).
Set up SAML applications in Ping.
Gather requirements from application owners and perform data analysis for integration and enrichment.
Perform configuration, administration, and management of Ping systems.
Interact with customers daily and act as the point of contact for escalated tickets.
Troubleshoot urgent priority tickets with minimum response time.
Qualifications and Skills
Collaborate with the client and interact with senior developers, team leads, and managers on the client side.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and possess strong written and verbal communication skills along with strong technical skills.
