It is an exciting time to join as we are experiencing tremendous growth and demand. Position Summary:Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Graphic Designer will bring Mobile Beacon's brand to life across print and digital channels. From everyday content design to trade show exhibits, you'll be the creative force behind how we look and communicate, ensuring our materials are polished, on-brand, and built to make an impact. This is a versatile role for a designer who's equally comfortable in a layout program and a marketing conversation. Responsibilities:Design content across print and digital formats, including social media graphics, email templates, brochures, one-pagers, presentations, and ads.? Own and enforce Mobile Beacon's brand standards, ensuring consistency across all internal and
external materials.? Support digital marketing efforts with creative assets for campaigns, landing pages, and partner
initiatives.? Concept and produce trade show and exhibit materials, including banners, signage, booth graphics and promotional items.? Collaborate closely with marketing and communications team along with outside resources totranslate messaging into compelling visual designs. ? Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment. ? Maintain organized libraries of design assets, templates, and brand resources. Qualifications and Experience:3-5 years of professional graphic design experience spanning both print and digital work. ? Strong portfolio demonstrating range across content design, marketing materials, and large-
format or exhibit work.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with
Canva or Figma a plus.? Solid understanding of brand systems and experience applying and maintaining brand
standards.? Knowledge of print production processes, including file prep, color management, and vendor
coordination.? Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns with design assets. ? Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a lean, collaborative environment. ? Familiarity with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is a plus. Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:? Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.? accuracy.Physical Demands and Work Environment:? Must be able to sit at a workstation, concentrating on viewing computer screens for extended
periods of time.? Work environment is in the office. ? Limited travel to events, and trade shows.?
