We work together in our Liverpool HQ three days a week because that’s where the best learning happens, sharing ideas, solving problems together and seeing great work come to life.
Role Junior Frontend Developer
Location Liverpool City Centre HQ / Hybrid (3 days in office)
Salary £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience
What You’ll Do
Learn how to build and improve modern web applications
Pair with experienced engineers and designers to bring features to life
Take part in team discussions, planning sessions and code reviews
Write clean, maintainable code and learn how to test and improve it
Get hands‑on experience with real products and see the impact of your work
Contribute ideas, ask questions and take every opportunity to grow
What We’re Looking For
Some experience with web development (through studies, projects or work)
A genuine interest in technology and creating great user experiences
A positive attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn from others
Enjoys working as part of a team and sharing ideas
Open to feedback and eager to keep developing your skills
A desire to grow into a well‑rounded, confident frontend developer
You don’t need to know everything yet, we’ll give you the time, support and mentoring to get there.
What You’ll Learn
How to build responsive web applications with modern frameworks like React and Next.js
How designers and developers work together to create great user experiences
The principles of clean, maintainable code and testing
How to use tools that help monitor performance and user behaviour, such as Sentry and PostHog
