About

In this role, you will work closely with operations, compliance and risk teams, as well as IT functions, to deliver new regulatory reporting and operational capabilities. You will leverage modern technologies, server-side Java expertise, and advanced data/software architectures to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions for enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with operations, compliance, risk, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Develop and enhance server-side systems using core Java.
Integrate systems using XML, Spring, and Camel frameworks.
Work with message queues such as Kafka, JMS, ActiveMQ, and IBM MQ.
Perform database operations using SQL with RDBMS like SQL Server and Sybase.
Utilize Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Git, and SonarQube.
Lead and mentor small-to-medium development teams.
Manage project deliverables and ensure high-quality output.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in core Java server-side development.
Strong knowledge of XML, Spring, and Camel Framework.
Proficiency with message queues (Kafka, JMS, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ).
Strong SQL skills and experience with RDBMS (SQL Server, Sybase, etc.).
Working knowledge of Agile development practices.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and SonarQube.
Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience with financial products such as derivatives (IRD/FX/CRD).
Knowledge of regulatory reporting systems and collateral management processes.
