About
Build and improve optimization and simulation models across inventory, demand, production, and network planning Apply operations research and advanced analytics to large, complex datasets Partner with engineers to deploy models into production within a SaaS environment Improve model accuracy using statistical and machine‑learning techniques Support customer‑facing teams by troubleshooting and refining optimisation logic Document models, assumptions, and technical approaches clearly
What We’re Looking For
3+ years’ experience in data science, operations research, or applied analytics Master’s degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or similar Strong experience with Python and optimisation techniques (LP, MIP, stochastic models) Experience with solvers such as Gurobi or CPLEX Familiarity with supply chain concepts Ability to explain complex ideas clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
