Pay Rate:
$82,500 - 110,000
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Advanced Analytics Developer position will report to the Manufacturing Excellence Manager and is based in Prattville, AL. This position will support the Prattville Mill's performance goals by helping to achieve performance goals through the transformation, exploration, analysis and reporting of data related to Prattville Mill Operations.
The Job You Will Perform:
* Conduct statistical analysis and model manufacturing processes * Identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities * Develop data visualizations and dashboards * Work with industrial analytics tools (e.g., PI Vision, Minitab, Seeq, SIMCA) * Interpret complex data from multiple systems (e.g., SAP, PI, Proficy) * Partner with engineers, managers, and SMEs to solve business problems * Serve as a developing subject matter expert in manufacturing analytics
The Skills You Will Bring:
* B.S. in Data Science or M.S. in Analytics * Preferred 0 - 5 years' experience. * Experience or exposure to manufacturing environments preferred * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Knowledge of analytics, ML, and visualization tools (Power BI, Azure ML, etc.) * Programming skills in Python (required); R/SQL/KQL preferred * Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma is a plus * Self-driven, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
