That’s how we’re UNSTOPPABLE for our employees! Job Overview This role leads the design, development, and maintenance of key products and supporting technology infrastructure in an Agile environment. It manages teams of product managers, software developers, architects, and technical staff to deliver product and engineering outcomes. The role includes responsibility for attracting, hiring, and retaining a skilled full‑stack team to support product and platform goals. Success is measured by timely delivery of product features, team performance, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The work impacts organizational capabilities by ensuring reliable product functionality and fostering productive relationships with customers and partners. This role requires experience in designing and implementing authentication solutions for mobile applications, as well as delivering contextual onboarding and home screen experiences. The candidate should have hands‑on expertise with AEM and MoEngage (MoE) tools, and a proven track record of supporting large‑scale mobile apps with millions of daily active users. Job Responsibilities
Manage and develop a software engineering team to deliver projects on time and within budget through coaching and performance management Drive improvements in development practices, including team structure, processes, tooling, security, and compliance to enhance efficiency Oversee technical vendor relationships to influence product features and ensure alignment with technical requirements Recruit and onboard qualified team members to strengthen team capabilities and support project demands Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience
Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required) Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or a related computer programming field (Required) 4–7 years of experience in an Analytics and Business Intelligence development environment (Required) Less than 2 years of experience managing or supervising a team of 15 developers or more (Required)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of software with Agile Scrum methodologies and commonly used tools Technical Writing: Strong requirements elicitation and proven writing skills for different audiences Agile: Experience with the overall execution of an agile development team, from defining strategy and architecture through deployment and support Agile Project Management: Experience with Agile backlog and project management tools Technology: Experience delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives Communication: Proven ability to effectively communicate with leadership and employ collaboration and influence Collaboration: Experience with successive elaboration and developing initiatives, features and user stories that DevOps teams can ingest Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills with ability to identify, analyze and synthesize product use data

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO) Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI‑ACP)

Travel Travel required – Yes DOT Regulated Position DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Compensation Overland Park, KS: $146,200 – $197,800 Frisco, TX: $155,100 – $209,900 Bellevue, WA: $177,500 – $240,100 Base Pay Range: $136,600 – $246,300 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. Actual starting pay will vary within this range based on location, qualifications, and experience. Benefits Full and part‑time employees have access to the same benefits when eligible.
