Specialty: CNA Setting: LTC/SNF Care Setting: Post Acute Location: Hillsboro, ND Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Evening / Night Shift Length: 8 hours Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Schedule: Variable PM/NOC shifts Primary Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Alternate Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every other weekend and holiday Openings: 1
Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility Take and record vital signs and communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff Support safe transfers, repositioning, and ambulation Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to support quality patient care Document care accurately and in accordance with facility standards Deliver compassionate, respectful care that promotes resident dignity and comfort
Requirements
Active CNA certification/license required for submission BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of experience required LTC/SNF or post-acute experience preferred Ability to work variable evening and night shifts Willingness to work every other weekend and holiday Strong communication skills, dependability, and a team-focused attitude
