We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Blue Whale Lending LLC as a Machine Learning Engineer. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for data and a strong background in machine learning techniques who is looking to contribute to innovative projects in the lending industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement machine learning models to enhance our lending processes. Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate models into production systems. Analyse large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct experiments to validate model performance and ensure robustness. Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience in machine learning, with a strong understanding of algorithms and frameworks. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice to have: Master's degree or higher in a relevant field. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Knowledge of financial services and lending mechanisms.
