Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this facility-based role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to help patients regain independence in daily activities. You’ll educate patients and families, document progress accurately, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding work environment focused on excellent patient outcomes and professional growth.
