About

Central Health is seeking an Epic Application Analyst to act as the Subject Matter Expert and technical point of contact. This role involves configuration of Epic applications, leading requirement sessions, and participating in upgrades and new implementations. The position allows for remote work but may require visits to the Austin area. Strong knowledge of workflows and excellent customer service skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience in healthcare IT and must obtain Epic certification within 6 months of hiring. Key responsibilities include application support, system maintenance, and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure effective workflow management.
