About
The Position The main focus of the position is to:
maximize the quality of detector data;
in particular, by optimizing detector configuration with respect to different experimental techniques employed at European XFEL, and enhancing tools to calibrate and characterize them;
contribute to extending and improving the European XFEL's detector calibration infrastructure;
actively participate in scientific experiments and user support;
liase with instrument scientists and other stakeholders inside and outside of European XFEL.
