Job Responsibilities
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients, and enhance existing relationships.
Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company’s practice leaders/Principals.
Plan approaches and pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of two years of experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
Experience selling technology solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record in closing sales, with excellent contract negotiation skills.
Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined, with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.
Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships, particularly with business owners, presidents, and CEOs.
Good communicator with excellent listening skills and the ability to uncover the real “pain” a client might be experiencing.
