Schedule: Nights, 6:00 PM 6:00 AM, Rotating (Sunday Saturday)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

The CNA/CMA will play a critical role in delivering hands-on, compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting. This position focuses on supporting residents' daily needs, maintaining dignity, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment during overnight hours.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Observe residents throughout the night, monitor vital signs as needed, and promptly report any changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Administer medications as directed (for CMA-qualified candidates) while ensuring accuracy, safety, and proper documentation.
• Provide reassurance, companionship, and emotional support to residents, especially during nighttime hours when needs may increase.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with nurses and incoming shifts to ensure continuity of care.
